"Forty-two," said Deep Thought, with infinite majesty and calm. Hi. Welcome to the mysterious life of me. Mysterious simply because I have not talked to ya'll in forever so you have no idea what is up with me. I will try to dispel some of the mystery. Life has been progressing as life generally does: poking along at the speed of light with a lot of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I am still on the market. You can take that however you want and you'd probably be right. I have been constantly looking for a job - except when I get sick of it or so depressed that I quit - while doing some part-time work at a funding office. I have come to the conclusion that part-time work is not desirable. No one ever trains you, they expect you to do a little of everything, look at you like your incompetent when it takes over 30 seconds to clean out 10 years worth of files, and when you ask "how do I...?" They say, "Oh, it's easy, you can figure it out." One cool thing that has happened since I last posted is that a friend has moved back into town. Yay! Now I have someone to go clubbing with! Plus, it's just good to have her back. She is also current unemployed - well, her job starts in April - so we have been able to hang out during the day. I am going to New Mexico this weekend. Mostly for the heck of it, primarily ... okay, for the heck of it! A lot of my extended family is down there so it is going to be a fun weekend. Joanna is going with me. I love road trips! Of course... it would help if I could get ahold of my aunt to see if we would have a place to sleep.... oh well.Well, that's about it. Boring, huh? By the way...
